Empowered Teams, Exceptional Results: How responsibility and flexibility help drive our success in Aviation Finance Analytics
Our team of employees and interns comprises front-end developers, quantitative analysts, web infrastructure specialists, product designers, and aviation finance experts working together to help our customers succeed in the world of global aviation finance.
The team has grown to 40 people this year, with colleagues drawn from a wide range of disciplines including computer science, IT management, design, actuarial studies, mathematics, engineering, financial and business functions. This mix of skills and viewpoints helps everyone collectively to unlock creative solutions—turning complex data into actionable insights and discovering new ways to drive efficiencies for our customers.
Data Insights
The senior management team commissioned an employee survey with Workl for Business and their media partners at Sunday Times Ireland. The survey findings have highlighted insights to better understanding what is impacting employee engagement across a range of categories. Aerlytix was also recognised as a Best Place to Work in Ireland for 2025.

The survey data highlighted the positive impact of strong team communications has when working on complex interdependent processes. This is underpinned by taking responsibility for reaching business goals while having the freedom to manage our time directly. Some days that may include discussions and debate sessions in the office; other days, it’s focused problem-solving from the quiet of home. This freedom to choose where and when we work best also helps deliver our best results.
